We live in a fast-paced and stressful world. Many individuals are juggling a lot of obligations with no time off, little sleep and no outlet to diffuse their stress.
A significant number of women have the added stress of meeting challenges that include managing their children, managing bills, managing jobs and managing their relationships (or lack thereof). Just sanely managing your day-to-day life is a challenge!
After treating and counseling many patients, I’ve learned that lasting health and wellness success begins by first focusing inward – on your thoughts, frame of mind, and emotional health. The mental aspect of health and wellness is a critical building block for all of us who want to live a better, healthier and more energized life.
